Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear back in its original shoebox and secure it inside a shipping carton with the prepaid label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
